About Sarah Lee, CNM, MS
Sarah is from Miami, Fla., and has nurtured her nursing career and passion in women’s health in a diverse and culturally competent environment, a model of care she continues to practice. She has nine years of nursing experience including the acuity of a surgical step-down floor and as a postpartum nurse. She furthered her education to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant to continue to help educate and support mothers and families with feeding their new babies.
Sarah believes in providing culturally competent and holistic care where shared-decision making can involve the patient to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
She believes in lifelong learning and strives to provide up-to-date education and treatment options. She is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives, Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses, and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health.
In her free time she enjoys boating, biking, camping and move nights with her husband, two boys, and crazy chocolate lab.
