About Megan Monroe, MD
Dr. Monroe was born in Jacksonville, Florida but spent her childhood in New Jersey. She attended University of Maryland, College Park, graduating with a Bachelors in Public and Community Health.
She then attended Georgetown University for her masters in physiology, and medical degree at Cooper Medical School, School of Rowan University. Dr Monroe completed her OBGYN residency at University of Florida in Pensacola.
As an OBGYN, Dr. Monroe seeks to provide her patients with the tools necessary to live the life they deserve. She sees patients in the office, for annual and problem visits as well as low-risk and high-risk pregnancies. Dr. Monroe performs laparoscopic and robotics (Da Vinci) surgeries.
She is thrilled to be a part of the team at Gentle Hands where everyone is passionate about their patients and providing the best care possible.
