About Bryan Jewell, MD

Dr. Jewell received his undergraduate degree in biology from The Ohio State University in 2003. He completed medical school and residency training at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.

Doctor Jewell received many academic and humanitarian awards during his medical training. He was recipient of the Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award both in 2008 as a medical student and again in 2010 as an ob/gyn resident. This award, awarded by his peers, speaks highly of his caring demeanor, respect for others, and bedside manner. He is also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, awarded for high academic achievement in the study of medicine.

Doctor Jewell is married to his wife Katie who is also a physician specializing in neurology at Emory University. Together they have three children that keep them busy. Dr. Jewell’s outside interest include medical mission trips including travels to Jamaica, Cambodia, Bolivia, and Swaziland. In his spare time Dr. Jewell enjoys biking, running, baseball and golf.
