Dr. Nathalie Gutierrez-Prieto joins the team as an OB/GYN at Women’s Healthcare Physicians of Naples in Naples, Florida. Her areas of interest include high and low-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, abnormal uterine bleeding, and contraception.
After completing a residency at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies in Orlando, Florida, one of the busiest hospitals in the country for deliveries, this led to exposure and comfort in managing a variety of obstetric complications. Dr. Gutierrez-Prieto was also trained in minimally invasive surgery at Winnie Palmer Hospital, which is designated as a Center of Excellence in minimally invasive gynecology.
Dr. Gutierrez-Prieto graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine from Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, Florida, and completed her internship and residency at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies in Orlando, Florida.
Dr. Gutierrez-Prieto moved to Naples at the age of six. She returns with her husband and two children, and is honored to serve her community. Outside of the office and hospital, she enjoys playing with her children, cycling, and traveling. She is also fluent in Spanish.
