Dr. Sasha Siassipour was born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida. When she was eighteen years old, she was accepted into the prestigious accelerated Honors Program in Medicine at the University of Miami, where she was able to complete a Bachelors of Science in Biology and Medical Degree in six years.
Dr. Siassipour completed residency at Florida State University’s program in OB/GYN in Pensacola, Florida. There Dr. Siassipour was honored and recognized for her teaching, research, and minimally invasive surgical ability. Dr. Siassipour was awarded with the Dr. Chas Horan Scholarship award for best teaching resident, placed third in the state of Florida for resident research for the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and AAGL Special Resident in Minimally Invasive Gynecology for the year 2012.
Dr. Siassipour has always wanted to be an advocate for women’s health. She understands the sensitivity and compassion needed and the skill set required to give patients the best care.
Dr. Siassipour lives with her husband in Stuart, Florida. The two love the outdoors and enjoy biking, swimming, and the beach.
